END USER LICENSE AGREEMENT

2.1 You are given a non-transferable, non-exclusive, non-sublicensable license to install and use the Licensed Application on any Devices that you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules. The Licensed Application may be accessed by other accounts associated with you via Family Sharing or volume purchasing.

2.2 This license also applies to any updates of the Licensed Application provided by Licensor, unless a separate license is provided for the update, in which case that new license will govern.

2.3 You may not share, make available to third parties, sell, rent, lend, lease, or redistribute the Licensed Application without prior written consent from Ayana Wellness LLC, except as allowed by the Usage Rules.

2.4 You may not reverse-engineer, translate, disassemble, decompile, remove, modify, or attempt to derive the source code of the Licensed Application, or any part thereof, without prior written consent from Ayana Wellness LLC.

2.5 You may create and store copies of the Licensed Application only on Devices that you own or control for backup purposes. You may not remove any intellectual property notices. Unauthorized third-party access to these copies is strictly prohibited. If you sell your Devices, you must remove the Licensed Application.

2.6 Violations of these obligations, or any attempt thereof, may be subject to prosecution and damages.

2.7 Licensor reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this License Agreement.

2.8 You must comply with applicable third-party terms when using the Licensed Application.

4.1 The Licensor is solely responsible for providing maintenance and support services for the Licensed Application. You can contact Licensor via the email address listed in the App Store or Play Store overview of the Licensed Application.

4.2 Ayana Wellness LLC and the End-User acknowledge that the Services have no obligation to provide maintenance or support services for the Licensed Application.

You acknowledge that Licensor can access and adjust the Licensed Application content and your personal information, as outlined in Licensor's privacy policy: https://ayanadevstudio.com/privacy-policy.

Licensor may periodically collect technical data and related information about your device, system, application software, and peripherals to provide support, facilitate updates, and improve products or services, provided that it does not personally identify you.

The Licensed Application does not allow users to submit or post content. However, we may provide you with the opportunity to create, submit, post, display, transmit, perform, publish, distribute, or broadcast content and materials, including but not limited to text, writings, videos, audio, photographs, graphics, comments, suggestions, personal information, or other materials ("Contributions"). Contributions may be viewable by other users and through third-party websites or applications. Contributions will be treated in accordance with the Licensed Application Privacy Policy.

When you create or make available any Contributions, you represent and warrant that:

• Your Contributions do not infringe on proprietary rights, including copyright, patents, trademarks, trade secrets, or moral rights.
• You own or have the necessary rights to use and authorize the Licensed Application and other users to use your Contributions.
• You have the necessary permissions of any identifiable individuals appearing in your Contributions.
• Your Contributions are not false, inaccurate, or misleading.
• Your Contributions are not unsolicited advertisements, spam, or similar solicitations.
• Your Contributions are not obscene, violent, harassing, or otherwise objectionable.
• Your Contributions do not ridicule, mock, disparage, intimidate, or abuse anyone.
• Your Contributions do not promote violence or harassment.
• Your Contributions do not violate any laws or regulations.
• Your Contributions do not violate third-party privacy or publicity rights.
• Your Contributions do not involve child pornography or threaten minors.
• Your Contributions do not include offensive comments about race, national origin, gender, sexual preference, or disabilities.
• Your Contributions do not link to materials that violate this License Agreement or any laws.

Any use of the Licensed Application in violation of the above will result in termination or suspension of your rights to use the Licensed Application.

You agree that we may access, store, process, and use any information and personal data you provide under the terms of the Privacy Policy.

By submitting suggestions or feedback regarding the Licensed Application, you agree that we can use and share such feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.

We do not claim ownership over your Contributions. You retain full ownership of your Contributions and intellectual property rights. You are solely responsible for your Contributions to the Licensed Application and agree to release us from any legal action regarding your Contributions.

9.1 Licensor warrants that the Licensed Application is free of malware at the time of download and works as described in the user documentation.

9.2 No warranty is provided if the Licensed Application has been unauthorizedly modified, used with inappropriate accessories, or otherwise altered outside Ayana Wellness LLC's influence.

9.3 You must notify Ayana Wellness LLC of any issues within 30 days of discovery.

9.4 If defects are confirmed, Ayana Wellness LLC will choose to remedy or replace the Licensed Application.

9.5 You may contact the Services Store Operator for a refund in case of warranty failure. The Services Store Operator has no further warranty obligations.

9.6 For entrepreneurs, warranty claims expire 12 months after availability. For consumers, statutory periods apply.

Ayana Wellness LLC, not the Services, is responsible for addressing any claims related to the Licensed Application, including:

• Product liability claims.
• Compliance with legal or regulatory requirements.
• Claims under consumer protection, privacy, or similar legislation.

17.1 If any term of this agreement becomes invalid, the remaining provisions remain effective. Invalid terms will be replaced by valid ones that achieve the original purpose.

17.2 Agreements, changes, and amendments must be made in writing.
